Hank Green

This music video is Hank Green’s “I Don’t Have A Favourite Pony”.I like this video 1. Because it breaks the fourth wall and 2. It follows Andrew Goodwin’s rule of illustrating the visuals with the lyrics. Another factor is that video has been careful thought out when it comes to the camera work. When for example a ‘pony’ is in the foreground the background has been blurred out. But of course the ‘ponies’ aren’t really and have been edited in after; thus the camera has been set up to record Mr Green out of focus so that the ‘ponies’ look like they are really there.
